We’re blending on-court performance with off-court wellness to help you play better, recover smarter, and connect deeper. If you love padel, or you’ve just caught the bug, this is your chance to be part of something new.

PRIME x PADEL events are a unique and premium 3-hour event that blends the game you love with the wellness and building a community centred around feeling good, playing hard, and recovering right.

This special crafted event was designed to appeal to both seasoned padel players and anyone who has been interested but never had the chance to play.

Changing the way padel is played

What started as a simple idea to “blend padel with wellness” has grown into a partnership that genuinely feels aligned, energising and purposeful.

Shared values, shared standards, and a shared belief that padel is so much more than a sport.

It’s connection, community and confidence.

It’s people stepping out of their comfort zone, moving together, learning together, laughing together and ultimately leaving the court feeling better than when they arrived.

Event overview

  • 90 minutes match play and on-court tuition with a qualified padel coach

  • 90 minutes of guided mobility, breathwork and wellness talks with Charlie

  • Smoothies, snacks, and time to socialise post-match.

EVENT PROGRAMME

Each event is built around a 30 minute pre-court session where you'll be introduced to the instructors and the other players, along with mobility and warm-up exercises to prepare your body.

Following that, you'll get into 90 minutes on court time, rotating between doubles match play and focused drills with a qualified padel coach.

To ensure maximum post-match recovery, Charlie will lead you in a 60 minute post-court session with guided stretching, foam rolling, breathwork, and a short recovery talk with wellness tips to enhance your life.

Then it's time to relax with smoothies, snacks and spend some time socialising with your fellow players.
