After the success of our first retreat in 2023, we decided to make The Woodlands one of our flagship venues for both personal and corporate retreats.

We also expanded the retreat from two nights to three nights based on guest feedback. By doing so, we could offer more activities and more time for rest and rejuvenation.

This was also first time we partnered with chef Emma Porter on a personal retreat. She not only provided amazing meals but also gave our guests insights and workshops onto manage nutrition outside of the retreat.

Going by our guests feedback, we hope to collaborate with Emma for many more retreats.

I recently attended my second Prime Wellness Retreat with Charlie Babb and the PWR team in June 2024, in beautiful Cawsand. Staying in a lovely period property, we were treated to breathwork, sports massage and exercise sessions, invigorating walks, informative discussions on sleep and nutrition, and lots of social time with the other participants. The combination of delicious, healthy, inventive food and good company at mealtimes was a highlight.

The exercise classes gave me the courage to start exercising with a coach again. The food and nutritional advice will help to inform my cooking and dietary choices. The friendly & relaxed atmosphere enabled the group to share experiences honestly and get to know and understand each other's personal goals and challenges. The activities of hiking, and the picnic in such a beautiful location with stunning scenery. The house itself, was comfortable and spacious and felt like (a very beautiful) home!
