Charlie Babb
With over 11 years experience within the health and fitness industry, Charlie has refined his unique coaching style and helped transform the lives of hundreds of individuals. He resides in Cheltenham, UK and has an infectious passion for all things wellness.
When he isn't preparing for his upcoming Prime Wellness Retreats, Charlie is helping clients and corporate businesses optimise the way they move, look and feel. Charlie is also a loving dad of two.
It is his deep love and appreciation for physical and mental well-being that has propelled him to launch Prime Wellness Retreat.
Emma Porter
An author, recipe developer, Leith’s trained chef and mother of two living in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
Living with Type One diabetes since she was 17, Emma knows first hand the importance of staying healthy, maintaining good nutrition and has an incredibly positive outlook on health.
After working for many years in corporate finance in London, Emma established a successful health food blog focused on foods to stabilise blood sugars. This soon led to her becoming a published author in 2018. Emma wrote and developed 100 recipes focused on nutrient rich foods specifically designed to help those living with diabetes / metabolic disorders.
Emma's work and story has been published in national newspapers, magazines and websites and she is regularly featured on BBC Radio Gloucestershire for health and food.
She has headlined at events for Diabetes UK and more recently for The Armed Forces and works closely with the NHS.
Jenny Moon
Jenny is a qualified sports massage therapist, Personal trainer specialising in exercise for back pain, Primal Play and many more including Holistic Coach. She believes that exercise should never be a chore and always fun and challenging. If you’re not doing some sort of regular activity then you’ve just not found what you love yet. She’s an expert in rehabilitation and loves helping her clients back to full function.
Jake Babb
With over 16 years experience in personal transformation, Jake brings his deep passion for helping others achieve holistic well-being to the Prime Wellness Retreat. Armed with a strong educational background, Jake’s expertise spans across various disciplines including breathwork and meditation, mobility and flexibility development, life-functional movement patterns, and also strength training and sports conditioning.
He believes that great health is true wealth, and his approach to coaching reflects this belief by addressing all aspects of fitness: mindset, lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise.
