Hi, I’m Charlie, the founder of Prime Wellness Retreat —and I can’t wait to invite you to our 2026 retreat in sun-soaked Spain.
Normally, I lead these retreats myself, along with an in-house chef but this year, I’ll be joined by the amazing Pahrnia, an incredible coach whose energy and expertise will make this retreat unforgettable.
With over twelve years as a personal trainer, gym manager, and coach, she channels both fitness and creativity – believing that true health comes from strengthening the body while also nurturing the mind and soul.
